SUMMARY My area of expertise is bridge
engineering and project management. I
have over 28 years of experience on transportation and bridge projects, and have
been the project manager for more than $300 million worth of construction
projects. I am prequalified with ODOT for Bridge
Design Level 1&2 and Bridge Inspection Level 1&2, and considered an
expert in bridge rehabilitation and design.
I have published several papers and given multiple presentations on
this subject. I take great pride in the developement of a truss rehabilitation procedure that was
presented to AASHTO and has been used nationally. I have presented this
method at both the International Bridge Conference and the Ohio

Heights, Ohio 1991 to 2009 As the District Bridge Engineer, I was
responsible for the inspection, safety, and timely repair of the 900 state
owned bridges in District 12 as well as reviewing all bridge design projects,
responding to construction RFI’s and providing technical expertise to local
agencies. As the District Bridge
Design Engineer, I was responsible for overseeing all District 12 bridge
design projects, coordinating transportation and planning studies, directing
research, developing innovative construction techniques, developing
preventive maintenance strategies, developing and budgeting the six year
pavement and bridge programs, and addressing public agencies including
multiple technical presentations and media interviews. |

Year Major Bridge Inspection. Inspection of the Detroit Superior Bridge, Main
Avenue Bridge, and Hope Memorial Bridge (ODOT PID 93400). City of Cleveland

four movable bridges, and provided design plans for the replacement of Willow
