SUMMARY

My area of expertise is bridge engineering and project management.  I have over 28 years of experience on transportation and bridge projects, and have been the project manager for more than $300 million worth of construction projects.

I am prequalified with ODOT for Bridge Design Level 1&2 and Bridge Inspection Level 1&2, and considered an expert in bridge rehabilitation and design.  I have published several papers and given multiple presentations on this subject.

I take great pride in the developement of a truss rehabilitation procedure that was presented to AASHTO and has been used nationally. I have presented this method at both the International Bridge Conference and the Ohio transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC).
